Zippy! I really liked this wine. Great summer drinking. The fruit was still lively and fresh as was the palate. Great length and persistence. I had it with some grilled salmon and it was a great match

This wine was lovely, punchy fruit, very typical of New Zealand SB. But where this differs is the palate. It has a greater structure and depth than most other SB from New Zealand. The finish is long and bold.
