It has an attractive nose, delicate with hints of green apple and citrus fruit accompanied by subtle nutmeg nuances. Medium bodied, it is seamless with a solid core of ripe fruit. Well-balanced, elegant revealing additional citrus notes on a long, round, lingering finish. Chicken with white sauce, Inari-Zushi, pumpkin cream salad.
