Good depth of color, the wine is a clear pale gold with a consistent stream of fine bubbles. Delicate and subtle nose with yeast, citrus and floral overtones as it opens. Fine and delicate on the palate, it is well rounded and seamless with integrated flavours revealing subtle notes of toast on a smooth silky finish. JKW03/2010
