Excellent wine, well worth seeking out
This is an excellent wine, I think it is every bit as good as Champagne without the Champagne price. Ever-lasting bubbles and fine. The nose was full of fresh ripe fruit - pears and apples. The palate is fine, lean and tight. Zippy acid. Overall a lovely wine

Excellent value for money
Better than many champagnes costing twice as much. Crisp, frothy and refreshing, this is what you want to drink on those hot Tokyo evenings. Or mornings. Lunch, too. You get the idea.
