A ta gueule

A ta gueule is a French word. The direct translation is "Shut up!" but it can be translated into "your favorite tongue ". There was a French restaurant named "A ta gueule" at the same place more than 20 years ago and the chef moved the restaurant to the new place with different name. The name, A ta gueule, was originally decided by the landlady who taught French language to Chef Somura when he worked at Hotel Okura. As he knew she had a special feeing in this name, he decided to name his first restaurant "A ta gueule".
